What's funny is that she's described as being a bit ugly in the books but in the show she's quite pretty, so pretty in fact there has been some criticism of her because she's so pretty. Personally I don't mind because she's a down to Earth kind of pretty, normal looking yet beautiful so I see no problem with it.

Wow, i imagined Ygrite with THIS hairs ! And i love her expression. So beautiful ! Your gallery is a true museum. You draw only womens ? It's pity, i will like see that you do with a men :D

This is definitly one of my favorites.. Her hair ! What a color ! I just love it, it takes me hours to melt my water color in order to have what I want and... Ah, it's very ugly at final xD

I love your treatment of color!

It's funny because a friend of mine posted this illustration on FB without knowing the name of the artist, and my first reaction was "whow that looks like ASOIAF!!". By researching the net with "Elia + illustration", I found your account on deviantart, and here is not only Ygritte for ASOIAF, but a whole bunch of beautifully painted characters... ;) So big applause to your design, that obvisouly really reflects ASOIAF!

Do you mind if I ask, what weight of paper do you use for that kind of painting?

A beautiful piece, very minimalistic. Though the nose might be a tad too delicate, still.
But fuck it, I friggin' love it anyways! I don't know whether the model had this exact look on her face, but damn it she looks like the belittles Jon Snow just this second!
